Hoje eu quero publicar uma entrevista que realizei no restaurante Napfenyes Etterem em Budapest. Um excelente restaurante 100% vegano!
Além do cardápio fixo eles oferecem cardápios semanais. Lá você encontra tradicionais pratos húngaros feitos de forma vegana.

Today I want to publish an interview which I made at the at the Napfenyes Etterem's restaurant, in Budapest. An excellent 100% vegan restaurant!
Besides of the fixed menu they offer weekly offers. There you find traditional hungarian dishes in a vegan way.
The sound is really bad. In case anyone knows how to fix it: help me, please!
